Dr Eleftherios Meridis was born in Athens, Greece. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Gynecological Department of the University of Ioannina, Greece. He subsequently subspecialized in Gynecological Endoscopic Surgery and Assisted Reproduction/IVF at Hammersmith Hospital, London, UK. He has been a research fellow for Imperial College and has completed the theoretical and clinical skills training modules of the British Fertility Society. He has been an hysteroscopic instructor for the European Society of Gynecological Endoscopy (ESGE).

Hysteroscopic surgery
Dr Meridis was the first person who found the cause of my recurrent miscarriages issue as it was evident in the video of my procedure where I was diagnosed with severe endometritis. I wish I had done this earlier, as I would have probably prevented my last two miscarriages as well as avoided the failure of two cycles of IVF. -

I had a hysteroscopy with implantation cuts. I met Dr Eleftherios Meridis at the hospital just before the surgery. He was warm and friendly which put me at ease immediately, he explained what was about to happen. The surgery was quick and there was no post-op pain.
I met with him post-op at the clinic. Dr Eleftherios Meridis very kindly spent time explaining what he'd done and also took the time to answer all my questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and all the staff that work there. -
